Madehurst 2009
Concept audio was chosen again this year as the main technical supplier of the madehurst festival 2009, this years festival was split into two with Friday night being the "Millyfest" which was a platform for up and coming local bands supported by Milly Luxford of West Sussex based Spirit FM & Saturday being the "Big Night out" with the theme of Funky Town.
Concept audio provided a EAW KF850 system for FOH driven by QSC amp's with Soundweb as loudspeaker management, both ends of the multi-core were digital this year with a Yamaha M7CL taking care of FOH and a Yamaha LS932 in Monitor land, combined with a concept favorite of LE400 monitors with Crown amp's and a Shure/EV mix of frontline Mic’s.Lighting was looked after by an avolites Tiger at FOH with mix of mac250's / Par64's & 56's in the air with Chauvet Led par can's and martin SCX500 moving mirrors on a rear truss.
Over the weekend a mixture of artists took to the stage inc The visitors, Mr Smith, I am Jack, Nakedium, Soul Intention, The superdoll's and The West Ends Premier Band " Star* " .Look out for next year's festival which is aiming to be bigger - Brighter and rain free!!!!!
